We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Pay Pal and American Express. We are happy to accept payment by check or money order. No third- party checks are accepted. The item(s) purchased must be shipped to payor on check. When you mail in your payment, we cannot ship the item to you until your bank tells us that your check has cleared. That process can take up to ten business days. Please do not send cash. We wish that we could be more trusting, but there are those people who either intentionally or unintentionally pay with a dishonored check. If you pay with an unintentionally dishonored check, we must charge you a $30.00 fee for the returned check.
When Do You Charge The Purchase To My Card?

When Will My Item Ship?
Sometimes it can ship quickly- within a day or two. Other times, it may take a bit longer, depending on where it is shipping from and where it is going. We know that it is exciting to get a new instrument. Be assured that we will never do anything to delay the receipt of your instrument. If you must have your shipment yesterday, let us know, and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Express shipping options are available. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges if you need the item immediately. Call us or email us if you have any special shipping requests.
Can I Have Items Shipped To A Different Address Than My Billing Address?
When your item is shipped to your billing address, the transaction can occur with less hassle than if you request that it be shipped to a different address. In fact, we cannot guarantee that your request to ship to a different address will be honored. Those decisions are made by a high authority within your credit card company. We may be required to get more information from you when you ask to ship to a different address. If there is a problem with shipping to a different address, you may be able to resolve the problem with your credit card company, yourself. Like we said, have your item shipped to your billing address to avoid a hassle.

Will I Receive Tracking Information For My Order?
I Purchased Several Items. Will They Ship Together?
Sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. It all depends on the items that are ordered. Usually, if the item is made by the same manufacturer, they will ship together. But, even if your items ship separately, we make every effort to insure that the items are received on or around the same date. We will never delay a shipment because we are waiting on another item to ship- unless we check with you first.
My Item Disappeared In Transit?
If your item is lost in transit, please let us know immediately. If you wait several weeks to alert us of a lost package, we may not be able to assist you as quickly as if you had let us know right away.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Your order may be cancelled before it is shipped. If you want to cancel after the item is shipped, you can still cancel, but you may be responsible for return shipping costs and other associated charges. Additionally, the item must be returned to us in the same new condition as received by you. It may take a few days before your credit card company shows the credit on your account.
What Do I Do When My Item is Damaged in Shipment?
Let us know immediately and let the shipping company know immediately. You will be given instructions on the return. If possible, take a few pictures of the damage and email the pictures to us. That could help expedite the return process.
How Do I Receive Warranty On My Item?
Unless otherwise agreed, all items you receive will be warranted by the manufacturer of your item. You should register you items with the manufacturer when received. We will do everything possible to facilitate any warranty claim and in all appropriate situations, we will stand behind our products in order to have you as a satisfied customer.
